The system is a tool for licensed attorneys to automate document review. The outputs of Genovra AI are drafts and analyses intended for professional review by a licensed attorney. No output of Genovra AI should be used for client advice or court filings without a licensed attorney's sign-off.
As a user of Genovra AI, you acknowledge that you are a licensed legal professional and maintain sole responsibility for the final professional output of your firm. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any analysis or citation generated by the system before use.
Access to Genovra AI is provided on a subscription basis. Computation is powered by prepaid credits. We provide an invoice generation tool to facilitate the pass-through of these costs as client disbursements where ethically permitted in your jurisdiction.
We guarantee a Zero Retention Policy for all case-specific uploads. While we ensure high availability and security during processing, we do not provide long-term storage or backup of your case files.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xeoz Digital and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
