Genovra AI is designed with a **Zero Data Retention (ZDR)** default. Any case documents, medical records, or deposition files uploaded for analysis are processed in a volatile environment and are purged immediately after execution. We do not use your proprietary case data to train our internal models or those of third-party providers.

3. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Name, professional email, and firm details provided during onboarding.
• Usage Metadata: We track credit consumption and session timestamps for billing purposes (Pass-through billing logs).
• Technical Data: IP address and browser type for security monitoring and audit logging.

4. Security Standards

We apply enterprise-grade encryption for all data in transit. Access to your dedicated firm environment is restricted to authorized credentials provided via your secure onboarding journey.

5. Third-Party Integrations

If you connect Clio, Filevine, or other practice management tools, Genovra AI accesses only the specific files you authorize. We do not store a persistent copy of your entire document database.
